The Rifle Grenade tourney could be cheap by just using a grenade to suicide yourself.

But with Friendly Fire, hmm
Or we can do no perks as well with FF

Also maybe a Bayonet/Knife tourney may be good with FF on ^_^

I've heard of this game before it sounds fun. Its called mike myers (from halloween) So one person can use a knife and the other ppl run away from that person, but you don't know who it is until they knife you. This could turn into an all out knife fest and be a huge failure. LOl just a suggestion.
